Exxon Mobil Corporation is the worlds largest oil company. Exxon finances a myriad of groups in the areas of health, education and public policy. The Union of Concerned Scientists, which calls itself the leading science-based nonprofit working accuses Exxon of fueling disinformation by funding groups that are skeptical of global warming. Despite a pledge to stop such groups, Exxon continues to fill the coffers of prominent climate change naysayers.
